With more than 25 years in the entertainment industry as a lead creative mind, producer and director, Gen Cleary has been known as a pioneer who helped shape the Nightlife industry to become a 1.3B$ success story on the US West Coast and was named in the top 16 most influential women in Las Vegas by Vegas Magazine. Working closely with brands and super star artists such as Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Kaskade, Paul Oakenfold and so many more, she was part of the Dance Music movement that took the world by storm, by being one of the top creative mind to shape and direct through live performances, wild and original acts and costuming, sensorial design and staging…for top Mega Clubs and tours worldwide. She is a master of “brand entertainment”, finding the connection between the experiential exploitation of a mission statement of companies via immersive entertainment concepts. What made her an ace of all trades for any new brand, venue and/or product to be launched or in need of a fresh revamp. She is proud to have been a part of the initial teams that helped build from the ground up venues and Casinos through unique entertainment programs such as: Hakkasan, Marquee Las Vegas, Cosmopolitan Hotel of Las Vegas and so many more. She was also lead creative for special events and shows for Disney, The Olympics, Eurovision, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Cirque du Soleil etc. As a successful founder and entrepreneur, she opened Belluscious Productions in 2003, with the mission of creating a platform for women performers. Her goal was to elevate their status in the entertainment industry, breaking down the taboos and cliches, allowing women to pursue their artistry and their dreams within a safe environment. More than 2000 shows and residencies were created worldwide, allowing women from around the world to come together and shine on stage. Belluscious has also established the rules of Nightlife Entertainment in Las Vegas since 2008 and continues to be looked at as a pioneer company that propelled to another level not just Dance music productions but also, as for how to direct, choreograph and style women performers on stage with a polished, classy, powerful and refined twist. Feeling the need to explore a new calling, one that resonates with a new category that combines entertainment and wellness – aka as entertainment with a purpose- Gen has now set her focus on a new mission: To revolutionize the way we connect with sound through entertainment concepts. With her new company- Sound Connective- she has already attracted the attention of Sony Entertainment Japan that named her first installation, The HUM , “THE ENTERTAINMENT OF THE FUTURE… REVOLUTIONIZING THE WAY WE CONNECT WITH SOUND”. She was recently named “Innovator of the year” by Deluxe Magazine in 2023.
