Keith Kirkland is Cofounder of WearWorks® and the Head of Haptics, Software and Strategy. WearWorks® is a haptic platform company that builds products and experiences that communicate information through touch. He is a haptics expert, wearables designer, engineer and strategist that is deeply excited about repositioning the future of touch in design while expanding the human ability to sense their environment. WearWorks® has been recognized by the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum, Beyond Bauhaus, SXSW, Verizon, EY, German Design Awards, Discovery Channel, TED, Dropbox, The Yokohama Government, FreeThink Media, the New York Times, the Verge and the National Science Foundation. Keith complete his industrial design master thesis in haptics while trying to build a suit to enable a person to download and learn Kung Fu using only vibration.
